Nonprofit organizations are increasingly being encouraged to explore the "business waters" by establishing social enterprises. These enterprises generate value through the products and services they offer while directing their efforts toward achieving a social goal. However, many of these social enterprises are still in the initial stages of development and face challenges related to personnel, finances, and marketing. Often, due to a lack of resources, they struggle to address these issues effectively.

Social enterprises that operate independently of nonprofits and NGOs have ambitious goals that contribute positively to society. They aim to tackle specific problems, support individuals and communities, and confront various social challenges. However, they also experience difficulties similar to those faced by the previously mentioned social enterprises.

Consequently, one of our primary objectives in providing social and not-for-profit services is to strengthen the capabilities of both existing and newly established social enterprises. We aim to assist them with market positioning, sustainability planning, defining and redefining social goals, promoting best practices, and fostering social innovation.
