    Creating job opportunities for all

    The project aimed to enhance the skills and effectiveness of employees at the Public Employment Agency by delivering comprehensive capacity-building training and tailored coaching sessions. Over the course of the initiative, a total of 30 mentoring sessions were conducted, reaching employees in four distinct regions. These sessions focused on developing essential skills, sharing best practices, and fostering a collaborative learning environment to empower agency staff in their roles.

    Social Enterprise mentoring

    Assisting young individuals in crafting a comprehensive business plan aimed at launching a social enterprise that addresses a specific social issue or community need.     Skills Development and Innovation Support Project

    Performance Audit for 30 VET School: This initiative is designed to foster a stronger partnership between educational institutions and the local business community. The audit involves a comprehensive evaluation of applications, reports, documentation, and financial statements. This process aims to ensure a high level of transparency and accountability within the school’s operations, ultimately contributing to improved educational outcomes and community trust.

    Operational municipality program 2019

    The initiative was focused on the organization, implementation, and delivery of training programs tailored for unemployed women. These programs provided essential training in child care, equipping participants with the necessary skills to pursue careers in this critical area. Furthermore, the initiative included a mentoring component designed to empower women in their search for both employment and self-employment opportunities. The training incorporated a blend of group sessions and individualized one-on-one meetings.

    Human resources development Enhancing Lifelong Learning

    Design and develop comprehensive curricula tailored for adult learners, ensuring that the content is engaging and effectively meets their needs. Implement these educational programs with a focus on practical application, and provide training and coaching sessions to enhance the participants' skills and understanding. Additionally, conceptualize and launch a pilot program specifically focused on Pediatric First Aid for adults, emphasizing critical lifesaving techniques and age-appropriate care strategies.

    Promoting alternative child care services

    Collaborating closely with the main project team to address targeted challenges, involved in organizing engaging educational workshops designed to empower women in self-employment and entrepreneurship. Through these initiatives, mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, providing them with essential skills and knowledge to launch and successfully manage their own micro enterprises.
